LET'S KICK OUT

cooked 12-spices roasted chicken today.
first attempt and turned out to be extremely yummayyy!

AIGOOOOO I ate a lot today.
so I better start kicking those unwanted cells before it multiplies !

anyways, I found this on the net. its easy and simple to follow. seriously !

EAT AND LOSE WEIGHT PLAN

Breakfast- Drink 500ml of water before going to toilet (exactly after you woke up).

Lunch- Only fruits and veges.

Dinner- Milo with biscuits. Well, if you are not into milo you can change it to milk.

*I don't know and I am not quite sure how long will I follow this plan. But whatever it is, I hope this could be it and I can make it this time. InsyaAllah.
